This contract is a binding agreement for service between the host/hostess and TSS Inc.
The above information is imperative to prepare for your event.
-Guests should arrive a few minutes prior to the start of service. -We will also need a few minutes before to set up. Set-up would be preferred on the main floor.
-Special time & care is put into every event we do. Guests arriving late will not be guaranteed full service and hostess will still be responsible for all services reserved.
Payment
A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your party. The deposit is based off of the grand total for the party.The balance of all services is due in cash on the date of the appointment. Any changes on the day of the event will be paid in cash at the finish of service (added guests, added service etc…). Gratuities are not included in our pricing. The Host/Hostess will cover any extra parking cost (street or Hotel).

Cancellations
Henna parties have a 14 day cancellation/reschedule policy.
By signing this document the client does agree to terms and conditions of all pages of this contract. If we are unable to perform this agreement due to fire or other casualty, weather, act of God, or other cause beyond our control, we will return the deposit to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. Please send contract by mail or e-mailing; the date will be reserved when the deposit received, date along with contract signed and dated.
